After saved a Night Goblins tribe from a marching Bretonnia army, the Night Goblins become fanatically devote to the Goblins who saved them. Being bullied by Orcs all their life, these goblins finally feel respected and the sense of power. (increased Leadership)
These Goblins carefully loot away all the shiny possession from the slaughtered bretonnia army and armed themselves to da Teff. (increased armor save)

Followed by fanatically devoted Night Goblins, these goblins become so conceited that they think they are far better than other goblins (maybe even orcs!), and decided to create their own kingdom - Gobotonnia~~

When I first read your idea, I was skeptical. But you really pulled it off!

That last picture made this log go from awesome to incredible. Verrrry nicely done, sir. Makes me wanna do the same thing .

I'd like to see the Damsels made a little more Damsel-y. I feel like if they had bare heads with ponytails they'd have that faux-maiden look. Plus painting lipstick and makeup would help. I know that might be a bit too OTT, but I think it'd have a suitably comic effect for an army like this.

I have to admit i was skeptical when i read the idea, but your paint job pulls it off nicely. I agree about making the maidens look more ladylike though, maybe pigtails, or princess lea hair

have you considered a grail relique? just the idea of gobbos leading a dead fat gobbo on a spiece of panzee dungon squig is too much. this is truly a great army. the blends are just great asa well. would love to see a step by step sometime.

Keep this up and you'll have one of the most unique and gorgeous Greenskin armies out there. I like how they're painted regally, but their equipment is incredibly beat up.

I have been planning to do a unit of Orctonions myself for a long time (although I didn't plan on using tradittional Bret heraldry, but rather Steins instead of Grails, and Boars instead of horses/pegasi), but now that I see yours I feel that I could never do them justice. Keep up the good work mate, they are stunning.

Those look great!! Not many people have the patience to paint heraldry. And not too many people have patience to paint a bunch of gobbos. To do both together is a great feat!

I've actually been following progress on this army over at WargamerAU, and I remember someone suggesting selling it for a ton of money when you're done. I'd just like to say: DON'T. You have, quite literally, one of the most creative, unique armies I've seen to date (and I've seen a few). While I'm sure you could fetch a good deal for this army, it'd really be a shame to lose it.

But yeah, obviously I'm a fan of this army. I particularly like the Squigasi and Fanatic Knights, and I can't wait to see the finished Lord on Wyvern. Keep us updated on these guys, and I certainly expect a full army shot when it's all together.

Incidentally, I'd like to note that this log has me simultaneously motivated to work on my Bretonnians and to make an Empire-themed Orc army. Thanks.
