Do they use the same stats as the imperials? If so, does that mean their transports go 3d6 during a all ahead full order? And what about leadership? Is it a minus two because transports are normally a minus one? Or are orks always supposed to be an attacker during a convoy senerio?

There are no special rules for ork transports. You just have to settle it with your opponent. The convoy scenario really wasn't thought out very well. It doesn't work with orks on the defense. The reason is all the orkz guns are on the front, so when you come up on a marker, your whole fleet is already aiming at whatever is revealed. If you were imp/chaos, you would have to turn to face the enemy with broadsides or wait until they came at you. With orkz the game goes like this. Move forward, reveal enemy, unload whole fleet at enemy, repeat. I've never got a real game out playing orkz on that side. They do make excellent attackers though.

Use Imperial transports with the regular rules for Imperial transports. This means roll on the regular leadership table, they don't get auto-pass for All Ahead Full, etc. Just play them as the transports in the Imperial section of the rulebook.
