Hey everyone,

Another year, another Nova.  Bringing mainly walkers again this year.  I've got there converted ork looted knights, so they are the star of the lists.  Highly inefficient and absolutely horrible in the current meta, but hey, they look damn cool!

Curious about the buggies with rokkits. I gave up on mine since I never hit/hurt anything, and my opponents just ignored them. I switched to flyers. How do you use 3 of them?

I use them as individuals.  Their primary purpose is coming onto the board, and getting something into CC, which can't shoot if it falls back (tanks etc).  Last game the three buggies put out 9 damage on the turn they arrived (Got lucky with my rolls), so they immediately took all the board attention.  Rokkits still a bit overcosted, but I'd say the buggies have been the star of many of my games.  I can't wait to take another group of 3 when the new models come out. (been holding out building more cause we all knew buggies were coming).

I love using the triple bombers, but hard to transport those.

Thanks. I would never have thought of that. Have not been playing recently, sold the house, moved, etc.,  :bang

In one game, I had a single buggy hold up a heldrake for 3 turns.  He got obsessed with trying to kill it.  I kited the drake to the other side of the board, then kept rolling 6's and saving the damage.

Went 2-5.  Won both team games.  Did really well when playing with a teammate, as virtually any other army has a higher threat then the orks...and if you ignore the gork/morks, you are in for a bad time.  Killed 2 knights four times total with a gork and a mork (knights can get back up with D3 wounds...so stupid).

Man these sound like fun lists to play. I'm glad you had a good time. I skipped most of 6th and 7th so I wasn't around when the 'naut kit dropped. I've since scratch built a Morkanaut. Reading your battle reports makes me want to complete the pair. How's the giga blaster or whatever on the Gork?

I have taken a Gork the last couple (non-tournament) games and the Gork shooting is a real positive. Focusing fire on a single target remains paramount for Orks. The Mork was so disappointing I dropped it from the list. Definitely need a KFF in there to protect the Gork, it attracts a lot of fire.
