Thanks for the kind words, guys. I got the idea of the Grot from watching Predator. I was orginally going to give him a hat like Blain (Jesse Ventura) has in the film, but thought it'd crowd the model up too much, and it'd probably get in the way of his big back-pack.

The Ork Nob and the fish'ead are both copies of existing models I did when I was trying to get a place as a sculptor at Games Workshop. The Grot and the Warrior Priest were models I did of my own design, for fun. biggrin2.gif

Thanks. I only really use one tool for most things. I use an SG from a company called Tiranti. My tips for someone starting out would simply be to draw a lot. Drawing and sculpting use many of the same skills, and you'll find both your drawing and sculpting will increase together.
