Dreggog's Red Storm boys, need help for a klan colour! Options

I need help pikin a good klan colour fer me boys. Da Red Storm is a klan with a bit ov everythin... choppas, dakkas, trukks and big uns. So dats is why I can't think of a klan colour. I was tinkin going wid sumtin like da blood axe lot use, but dun want to look too "un orky" if ya get wot i mean. But if som of you nice chaps got an idea wot i can do, give us a poke!

Basicly... Just started orks again and im just going for a all round army rather then a perticular path. I was origionly going to use the Goth clan colour sceam only replace the white with red but I thought nah... then thought maybe some sort of red and grey camo sceam... but im relly not sure. It be awsome if some you guys could help me out here befour i start pating up the armour bits on my orks. Cheers smilingOrk.gif

Yes the camo you linked would look great for a Blood Axes and it gives you the three colors most game shop want peoples models painted. a nice theme. Red Storm is it going to be a speed freak army or Mech Army?

I thinking going as a blood axe theam with lots of tanks and dakka! though I am planning just a all round ork army rather then going down one perticular stratagie

and yeah I decided to go with that red camo but instead of doing it as sploges I whent with tiger stripe pattern and its looking relly good

if you're interested in bloodaxe camo, i did a very shortlived blog at the start of the year with a lot of camo'd vehicles, might be a bit of help to you ( i don't like the idea of everything having the same camo, otherwise the army only blends in with one type of background!).

I run a dakka-tankl list myself. works pretty well, and you might want to get Imperial Armour 8 - lets you take big-trakks, with supa-kannons, in squadrons of three. no don't press dat to ruin your day, and the capacity for a lot of dakka (6 bigshootas, 2 of which grot-gunned but fragile, and a heavy gun!), and i like the idea of arming them all with flakka-guns, to output 54 bigshoota shots and (essentially) 12 autocannon shots between them!

RIGHT! I have finished up my first war boss!... well... I lie... my 2nd Warboss I ever made!... the 1st I sold .

So! he is "Sekund in kommand, Warboss Leutendant Buzbork da 2nd!" with his luky blue helmet and his cybork buzzsar arm hes going to be incharge in all the runty gits and to make sure they dont dissobay orders from da big boss!.
