1500 Points VS High Elves!, I hate High Elves, pls help :) Options

So im playing (Orcs and Goblins) against one of my friends who's playing HE. Im am really confused on what to do. I know he will focus a lot on his mage. It will be lvl 4 and He will have some eagles to take down my rock lobbers fast! and probably some swordmasters, phoenix guards and some cavalry.

I was thinking of taking something that can get his mage down fast, because he will be using alot of points on it.

He will also try to take out my lobbers fast, what can i do to defend these without using to much points ?

Im still a bit of a newbie, and im therefore on new ground.

Anyone got any idea on any units i should have in my army ?

Atm im thinking:

2 rock lobber

35 NG (spear or bows) 2 fanatics + nets (Musician + banner)

2x 20 Savage orcs (1 of em Big'uns) (Musician + banner)

3 goblin wolf chariots

2 mangler squigs

Orc Shaman - Feedback scroll

Savage orc big boss - Armor of destiny - BSB

2 Trolls.

Orc big boss - general - Armor of destiny

Savage orc shaman - Lvl 2 + Feedback scroll

NG big boss - BSB - armor of destiny

40 Savage orc Big'Uns - Musician + SB + Extra HW

42 NG - 2Fanatics - Musician + SB + Spear + nets

20 NG - 2 Fanatics - Musician + SB + Bows (to defend my WM against eagles)

1 Rock Lobber

1 Doom Diver

2x1 Goblin Chariot



Is this a stupid build against HE ?
