Datz roight ya zoggers ole Hakbash has looted the master loota.
I got ahold of a squiggoth model that was in serious need of repairs to say the least. Well being a ham fisted Goff I couldn't let the model go to waste so I fed the squiggoth to the ladz and stripped off the howdah. The howdah had an over the top supa kannon, battlefortress hull, complete with an Ork loader. I stripped away the squiggoth and fed it to the boyz. I was left with a pile of bitz and a cool looking top hull which to base my kitbash on. I added a looted land raider as the base for the hull I looted from Scarps. I then scratch built a gun tower and plastered the sides of the landraider with bitz from the old squiggoth build. I took a few pics of the squiggoth after the hull was taken off. Not sure what I'm going to do with it yet...might just leave it outside, hide it in Mad Grotz car, enter it in golden deamon, or something.  I'm just about finished with the build, just finishing the rivets before I primer the model. Figured I'd throw it up just for the heck of it. Anyway ere are the pics. WAAAGH! da lootin Scarpia

Roight so unfortunately I didnt get any photos of what it looked like before I got my ham fists on it. Ere are the latest photos of the build.

Well, that is a pretty over the top battle fortress
 Personally I think the soopa kannon needs to be shortened and thickened a little, but really thats all.

One of the things I liked about ole Scarps model was the way over the top big gun. I'm really loath to change it much from his original construction. Though I'm thinking on adding some wire or chains wrapped around the barrel, maybe even a few armor plates here and there just to give it the illusion of being thicker.
Once the ded ard tank hull was cut from the squiggoth it really is an outstanding model, much deserving a proppa engine and locomotive tracks under it. I hope I do the original the justice it deserves. The only thing I'd say is that it looks a tiny bit unbalanced towards the front (well duh
). I reckon that adding a Deffrolla up front, underneath the ram and in front of the Land Raider hatch would make it look at little less like it'd tip over. (And what Goff doesn't love a Deffrolla, amiright?)Beyond that, it's an awesome looking Battlefortress. Are you going to use the rules from Imperial Armour 8 to design it? They let you take Soopakannons now!
