I love the first group of boys. The paint scheme on them is amazing. The only thing im going to say about them is the lack of fresh blood on their weapons. Though that is just a personal thought, i overrall rate them 9.5/10.
The dakka boys are also pretty amazing. Another 9.5/10. The 'ard boys are looking fantastic too. Even though its a common idea to use plates from beakie kits as armour, i think you've pulled it off with these very nicely. A excellent 9.7/10 And now one of my true loves, Grotz. I think you've not spent as much time on these dear fellows as you did on your lovingly painted boys but these grots are by far the best I've seen outside of 'Eavy Metal Painting. The Runtherd is also good, though in the picture ( which i think is why they dont look so good ) it looks blotchy on the squig. This , I'm sure, isn't your fault but I do have to say from what i can see is that the skin of the squig isn't highlighted. Grots 9.4/10 Runtherd 9.3/10 The second pictures by the way are much better than the first set. Try and use natural lighting more often too! The second set of grots are looking good too. A fabulous 9.8/10 The lootas and burnas are very tasty indeed, enough said. 9.9/10 Im loving the deffkoptas too. They are going to be useless on the battlefield ( just like anything made by orks I love the warboss too. Unfortunately the picture looks milkyish so it kind of drains the colour. However from what I can gather, it is an amazing model to see eye to eye. 10/10 And your wife also gets 10/10 for the squigs! -------------------- 92% of teens have moved on to rap. I know it\'s been a while, but I finally finished off all the pieces that I own and took new pictures (updated the whole thread\'s pics).
Here, now, are the latest unmentioned units, my Nobz and my Tankbustaz. The Nobz are half AoBR and half Box set, with the grot taken from the regular grotz (hence the need for Weedy Git to make an appearance) with his blasta clipped off and a modified \'umie knife attached as a rusty scalpel. ![]() ![]() ![]() And the Tankbustaz are all made from the spare Rokkitz from the boyz boxes. For the tankhammaz, I\'ll be using the fantasy orc standard bearer with a plasticard rokkit on the end of it. The nob is a combination of the Boyz nob and a Nob box nob. These are the second unit of Goffs in my WAAAGH! ![]() ![]() ![]() -------------------- Nkelsch on the differences between disembarking from open-topped vehicles and closed vehicles.

Helping to lead the charge and keep the boyz from getting shot up are my two KFF Big Mekz. The first one\'s KFF is mostly a beakie teleport homer from the Battle of Macragge set (I think) and an \'umie antenna with a spring around it from my dead printer. The rest of the generator are bitz and bobz from various vehicle kits. ![]() ![]() ![]() The second one\'s KFF is a mix between \'umie Russ gun bits, a spot light, smoke launcher and the bridge of a chaos cruiser from Battlefleet Gothic. ![]() ![]() ![]() I think I\'m going to re-take all of the unit pictures in better light, since they all came out a bit fuzzy. EDIT: Better pictures were taken and posted. -------------------- Nkelsch on the differences between disembarking from open-topped vehicles and closed vehicles.

Very nice Gobbstompa! A clean, well displayed post. I like how you have gone through all the little details such as laying white background for easier pic viewing and also having the front/side/rear angle shots. Very refreshing indeed! A model Waaagh poster ~ shroombrew for you!

Thank you. I need to get off my lazy butt and finish flocking my SAG mekz and get some pictures of them up on here. Most of my army, at the moment, is Deffskullz, but I will be having all the klanz in my WAAAGH! (so far have 1 unit of Evil Sunz and two units of Goffs)

Ok, here are some new updates. Finished my two Shokk Attack Gun Mekz. Here's the first one with the aptly dubbed "Whirly Ball"
![]() ![]() ![]() I made the energy ball in the rings out of a ball of green stuff and some thin plasticard rod that I melted (which expands, didn't know that) over a soldering iron. And the second SAG Mek, which looks a little more 'Ard lugging his big gun around with him. ![]() ![]()

Yeah, I've had that Dreadnought leg piece in my bitz box since Blood Angels had a LEGAL pdf codex, I'm just glad it fit so well. There's also a piece from a Chaos BFG cruiser on one of the backpacks and the smoke stack-looking thing is actually a lascannon barrel that was snipped off of the gun casing that he's holding.

I'm converting My own big mek, using a nob body, a power claw and a KFF. But I think I'm gonna put a welding mask on his face, so he looks a bit different. Actually with the towering KFF he's gonna look weird whatever I do.
I also have other clans in my army. All my veichles (except my kans) are painted speed freak. One of my nob units have specially sculpted body and look like they are wearing 'umies great coats. They are my blood axe tacical advisors. -------------------- |

That's fairly similar to what I'm doing. I haven't tried putting a power klaw on my KFF mekz yet, simply because just having the KFF makes them such a target in HtH and they're already kinda expensive with the KFF.

same with mine. He costs loads, but pays off if you pair him with a nobs sqaud. The kff stops them getting shot, and the power claw (and the nob charecteristics) mean he's a real asset in close combat as well.

It's just that, in close combat, he can be singled out since he's an independent character. To preserve his KFF, I want him as low a target priority as possible.

It's up on the first page. I took pictures of the WAAAGH! in the order of its progression, so you can see how it grew. I've got a double AoBR set that I'm working on now, so everything's about to get wicked exploded, in terms of bodies in the WAAAGH!.
Also, I'm working on Chapter 1 of my fluff, and have it about half-way finished. -------------------- Nkelsch on the differences between disembarking from open-topped vehicles and closed vehicles.
