Hi guys
My first post on Da Waagh Built this beauty yesterday when i was finishing up with my Cities of Death ruins, i found the big Smoke Stack from the manufactory and like any ork instead of a smoke stack i saw a big gun Barrel is built from the Smoke stack The bottom half was built from random cities of death barricades and some spare stompa and nobz bitz Top half is a leman russ turret with again soem extra bitz Lastly the ork kommander is from the BW kit It will count as a kilkannon in noraml games and maybe a Supa Kannon in Apocolypse Side View Front View Close up on Side Close up on Kommander Rear of Turret C&C welcome Cheers -------------------- "Natural progression I guess; Wartrakktor, Wartrukk, Battlewagon..." - Thoume on the evolution of Ork vehicles

Nice to see some converted tanks and that gun barrel is great! the model could really use some highlights (metallics especially) and maybe some weathering (dirt/ rust/ soot is always good on orky stuff)
good job so far though! -------------------- Club chairman: www.warringtonwarlords.com

its a good build, we are always pleased to be a big gorking cannon on a wagon in here, and I like the over all build, the exhaust pipes are a very nice touch... but I think you have jump a bit ahead on the paint job.
You missed the top orks hands and teeth entirely... anyway, that can be fixed quickly... but there are a lot of details that look well... not finished yet... I really think you could have a better looking tank if you just went over it again with a brush in your hand, maybe a hour or so of work... your nearly there. -------------------- build it, paint it, post it

Yeah, since you're new, I think you may have meant this to go in the M.G. The Rack is for completely finished projects, including paint down to the last detail. More folks will look at this and comment on the build over in the M.G. so I'm just gonna have this dragged over there...
* haulin' grotz hitched and... away * When you are completely done you can just PM any Nob and they will have it hauled back to the Rack. -------------------- Orks -- comic relief in the grim darkness of the far future.

Thanks for the comments on the gun.
Im not such a great painter and i dont normally pay much attention to detail unless its one of my bosses. Will give it another paint over soon and post some more pics! -------------------- "Natural progression I guess; Wartrakktor, Wartrukk, Battlewagon..." - Thoume on the evolution of Ork vehicles

Update!
A bit of a paint job on the Supa Kannon, not quite done yet. will probably add a few more metalics and maybe some red if i can find some! Also just got a pic of my other WIP, a looted wagon with a boomgun. The looted wagon actually will count as a looted manticore for shooting down pesky thunderhawks in Apocolypse C&C welcome -------------------- "Natural progression I guess; Wartrakktor, Wartrukk, Battlewagon..." - Thoume on the evolution of Ork vehicles
