oh... i already drew a flamer option for this rhino. oops. we'll do something else for turrets on our wagon- i'm making the options secretly here at my office-kommando artist style. yes, me and cyroul are on the turret building phase yes.gif
ok, carrying on.

Doc, i'll post here with my suggestion for flamer improvement soon once i get the scanner room free.

its just a quick sketch- a suggestion to bulk up that second turret. I'm making quite a few sketches for cyroul thsi week
i got no scanner on me, i'll send upload you a camera taken pic later tonight after rugby practice.

cheers!

EDIT:
here we go- one of my sketches on the ongoing resin deff wagon... i'm working on turret designs right now. this is one general idea for flamers that we could use, but is actually based on your turret (we won't use cuz its got too much official GW stuff in it-we'll make our own). brainstorming ideas ideas... CoolOrkDark.gif

dunno if i ever saw an assimetrical flamer, maybe its not good but what da hekk, orks would be the last gits to worry about one nozzle scorching the longer one hehe

this enhancer is a very nice build indeed-leave it ungled so you can mock them beakies by insta-looting them after knocking them out winkingOrk.gif
cheers!

edit2: sigh... i need a scanner in my house soon scowl.gif sorry for the crappy res- i took a pic of the drawing at night

peacecraft: if you only edit your last post i miss for 2 days that you posted the sketch laughingOrk.gif

thanks a lot for the pic. i give it a try.

the asymetrical flamers are ingenious.
and easy to do - i will apply this to my flamer turret. (if i'm possible to remove the piece of paperclip inside, that hold both parts together)
also it will be easy to shorten the long pointy nozzles you dislike (like me now i think about it)

difficult could be the marked piece.

i have to drill a few plastic halfpipes and can possible mask the original laser parts.

i'm afraid i have to build a new looted wagon to put it underneeth ... laughingOrk.gif

oooh yeah!
i like it betta now yes.gif wasn't there a pilot on there somewhere questionork.gif
hmm.. although now that the bits are on for size comparison i feel the burna size is a bit small for the turret. But it still works as the "twin linked" effect is kinda like a upgrade in firevolume to a scorcha smilingOrk.gif

arise, arise, oh 6 month nicely sleeping thread.

i painted most of it.

the rhino enhancer finally but irreversible melted together with the looted vindicator.
i took the old turret and not the one designed by peacecraft.
(that now is located at another not yet finished looted wagon)

did i miss something?
i'm not sure with the engine.
should i paint the small and the big riffled tubes/cables-thingies in a different color? yellow or green to show the radioactive fungus brew?
or keep the worn metalic look?

That's an excellent idea ideaork.gif You could even go so far as to add some PVA glue or maybe a little GS to where the hoses are a kinked a bit to simulate some of the fungus brew leaking out.
