Very useful to see all the paints against each other like this so thanks for posting it. I've been thinking about getting the foundation box set but looking at this there's only two of the colours that I will ever really need so my chronically depressed bank account also thanks you

Yes. One coat of paint over a black undercoat.

They look decent enough. looks like you'd still need at least 2 coats for good coverage. Are these thinned down at all? It doesn't look like it. I think my paint quite a bit these days so this could be another issue for me.

Spanks for doing that for us, Helpy Helperton. It is saved and will be printed for near future use.

Gretchin Green reminds me of a very old colour called orc brown. It's a lil different, but close

All paints are NOT thinned.
Knarloc Green is fairly similar to the old Goblin Green, a bit more saturated though. My pleasure to help you guys out. -------------------- http://orks.dylangould.com/

damn you helpful people! now I have GOT to buy one of those paint sets...
although I have to focus on one army at the time (dwarves, chaos and O&Gs in whfb, and Necrons, Orks (duh) beakies and chaos...) wy wallet is spent -------------------- "weedyweedyweedyweedyweedy" *whack!* "weedyweedyweedyweedyweedywee--" *WHACK* "weedyweedyweedyweedyweedy" *KRUMP* "WEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee........" Oh dear. Yes, that broke the translator. We simply do not have words for this latest outrage. Rest assured Imperial Edible Vegetation: you have been placed in the target queue. |

DId you shake the pots before painting this swatch? I've found some of the darker colours tend to be a bit separated.

Thank you for posting this, it is nice to just see a simple picture with all of the colors lined up on a black prime coat. It is most helpful.
